Qyra Sites is a web-design studio run by Luke Blackwell and Tristan Moll, operating under Qyra One LLC, a Virginia limited liability company. This page explains exactly what we collect on qyrasites.com, why, and how to have it removed.
We do not run analytics. We do not use tracking cookies. We do not sell or share your information. The only data we ever receive is what you deliberately type into the “Start a project” form.
This site sets no cookies — none at all, which is why you have not been asked to accept any.
While you are filling in the project form, your answers are saved in your own browser’s local storage so a refresh does not lose your progress. That data never leaves your device until you press send. Two things then happen automatically: the in-progress copy is deleted the moment the form is sent, and a backup copy — kept only so a failed send does not lose your enquiry — is deleted as soon as delivery is confirmed. If delivery never succeeds, that backup is removed on your next visit, and in any case within seven days. You can also clear it yourself at any time through your browser settings.
Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. We do not need to act on it, because we do not track you in the first place — there is no analytics, no advertising network and no third-party script on this site to respond to it. We do not allow anyone else to collect personally identifiable information from our visitors either.
We use what you send solely to reply to you and to scope the work you asked about. Nothing more. We keep project enquiries for up to 24 months so we can pick a conversation back up, then delete them. If you become a client, we keep what the engagement requires for as long as the engagement and our record-keeping obligations run.
That is the complete list. No one else receives your information, and we never sell it.
Write to [email protected] and ask us to send you a copy of what we hold, correct it, or delete it. We will action deletion requests within 30 days and confirm when it is done. You never need an account, and you can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
The site is served over HTTPS only, with a strict Content Security Policy and no third-party scripts. We keep enquiry data in access-controlled inboxes. No system is perfect, but there is very little here to lose — which is deliberate.
This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13, and if we learn we have, we delete it.
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be described here rather than quietly swapped in.
Questions, requests and complaints go to [email protected], or to Qyra One LLC, Virginia, United States.
